What is Card Centering Grader?

Card Centering Grader is a free-to-use web application that allows you to determine the centering quality of a card. The idea of this application was born out of the need to evaluate the grade of centering of a card before sending it to a third party grader.

Users

The access and/or use of this website attributes to the user the condition of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use stated below.

Portal usage

The USER is responsible for the use of the portal. The USER agrees to properly use the contents and services that ccgrader.com offers through its portal and by way of example, but not limited to, do not use them to: Incur in illicit, illegal or against good faith and public order activities. Disseminate content or advertising of racist, xenophobic, pornographic, illegal, in support of terrorism or against human rights. To cause any damage to the physical and logical systems of ccgrader.com, its providers or third parties, to introduce or spread on the network viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are susceptible to cause the previously stated damages.

Intellectual Property rights

All the source code, software, distinctive signs, trademarks, trade names, content, structure, design and presentation of the elements and any other information appearing on this Web site are owned, controlled or licensed to ccgrader.com and are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. The user is prohibited from reproducing, transforming, distributing, publicly communicating and, in general, any other form of exploitation of the elements referred to in the previous paragraph without the explicit authorization of ccgrader.com. The user will not employ any methods that may suppress, alter, evade or manipulate any protection devices or security systems that may be implemented that could lead to risk, damage or disablement of the website and/or its contents.

Exclusion of warranties and liability

ccgrader.com is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any nature that may be caused, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in the contents, non-availability of the portal, the spread of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having taken all the necessary technological measures to prevent it.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The relationship between ccgrader.com and the USER is subject to the Spanish legislation in course and any dispute will be submitted to the Spanish Courts and Tribunals.
